On the 19th March 2025, Hephzibah visited St Marylebone School to present to the Year 9 students. “Their warm welcome and keen questioning was a credit to the school and its community.”

SMSJ are very fortunate that Hepzibah agrees to return to us every year to tell us about her mother’s experiences during the Holocaust. Louka in Y8 spoke to Hephzibah about her experiences.

“This talk was particularly interesting as we were able to make links to things we are learning in our A-Level course, where we cover the atrocities committed by the Nazis, although, Hephziba’s account added unique and valuable context that will be beneficial, not only in our studies but also in paying respects and honouring those who suffered in the Holocaust.”
